Stephanie is a Texas girl that found her way to Arkansas through a tennis scholarship at Henderson State University. She discovered her love for cosmetology while practicing on friends and sorority sisters in the dorm. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. She then moved to Little Rock, spending several years in Commercial and Construction Lending. Crunching numbers by day, styling hair by night, she decided to take the leap that changed her passion and "hobby" into a full time career. She enrolled in the first night class at The Salon Professional Academy in North Little Rock pushing through the hours as quickly as possible. Graduating at the top of her class as a level 4, Stephanie was excited to bring her existing clientele to Katherine Grant Salon and Spa in 2011. Each year she sharpens her skills by attending continuing education and hair shows. As a goal driven individual, Stephanie takes the extra time to help each client relax, unwind and discover a personal style that easily transitions through each season of the year.

Marilee joined our team in 2013. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008. Born and raised in the southeast corner of Arkansas, her passion for the beauty industry ignited long before she went to cosmetology school. Hair and makeup was something she enjoyed since a very young age, but it wasn’t until she started coloring and styling hair in her college dorm that she realized she could use that passion to do something she would enjoy every day. She enrolled at The Salon Professional Academy in North Little Rock in 2007. Marilee graduated top of her class, and started her career in an assistant program where she perfected technical skills at a busy salon while simultaneously building her clientele. Marilee believes "picking out a hairstyle is like finding the right shoes for an outfit. Your hair is an important part of your overall look." She would love to help you find the best look for you, and your lifestyle. She keeps up with the latest trends and techniques, and attends classes regularly. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, but when it comes to her career, your hair, and your experience, she is all business.

Coming from the small west Texas town of Abernathy, Krecia eventually found herself in Memphis, Tennessee, studying at the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetology where, in 1995 she obtained her nail technician license. Since moving to central Arkansas in 2000, she has established herself as a consistent and reliable nail tech, providing manicures, pedicures, and Shellac. Krecia also loves being a wife and mom, and balances her time in the salon with time at home. Krecia is someone who wants to know you. When she takes care of you, you become more than a client.
